📸 How to Send Us Your Photo

Once you place your order online, please send us your photo file following these simple requirements:

1. Email Your Photo: Send your photo(s) to photostudio1tt@gmail.com or upload directly here
2. Include Order Info: Put your Order Number & Full Name in the email subject line (e.g., Subject: Photo for Order #1042 – Jane Doe).
3. Photo Quality Requirements:
   • Send the original, full-resolution photo file (JPEG or PNG).
   • If your photo needs minor brightness adjustment or cropping, our studio team will optimize it before printing!

🚚 Processing & Delivery Details

• Preparation Time: 1 business day (Includes image quality check, printing, and framing).
• In-Store Collection: Free pickup available at Studio 1 Photo Centre (Village Plaza, Chaguanas). We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup!
• Nationwide Delivery: Courier delivery available across Trinidad & Tobago (2 to 3 business days after processing) – NO CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE.
